Can I use one license on several websites?
When purchasing Elian Theme from ThemeForest, you have two licensing options. The Regular License, and the Extended License. The billing, licensing terms and process is purely handled by Envato (the company who owns ThemeForest), and we have no control over these aspects. There are two types of theme licenses you can purchase from Envato: Regular license and Extended license:
Regular License
A regular license allows you to use the theme to create a unique end product (unique website) for yourself or a client. A domain is considered only the top level domain, you can activate the regular license on multiple subdomains of that domain, for example if you activate the theme on this domain www.farydemo.com:
www.farydemo.com – valid
staging.farydemo.com – valid
farydemo.com/staging – valid
whatever.farydemo.com/mysite – valid
abc.com – new license is required
staging.abc.com – new license is required
123.4.0.0 – new license is required
One license is valid for one domain only. If you want to use the theme on another domain, then you have to purchase another license.
Extended License
Allows you to activate the theme on any domain and local/staging environment.

How do refunds work?
Hi, I'm Farycreate and welcome to Envato Market's refund rules. Since Envato is a platform, these rules describe what you can expect from the authors of the items you purchase. They apply to all authors and customers.
The products that authors sell on the platform are digital goods and cannot be "returned", so your right to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws regarding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.

Envato Market provides three payment methods, PayPal, Skrill (for non US customers only) and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), to make purchases.
What Does Your Support Cover?
We provide support for installation, theme setup, general customization, issues that arise when using any of the packaged theme features and theme bug fixes; covering everything necessary to ensure that all theme features are working as advertised and as shown on the demo site.
We do not modify the code of our own themes, we cannot provide general Blogger support, as problems arise from the Blogger side.
Can I use your themes for my clients?
Yes, you are free to use my themes to build websites for your clients. But you cannot use the same license for several websites for different clients. You must buy a license for each client.
Are all demo themes included in my purchase?
Yes, and much more. Not only the demo websites you see here, but also all demo websites we will publish in the future. As well as all future layouts, elements, improvements, website templates and much more.
